Daniel Sutter focuses on transport economics (external costs, pricing, transport costs, and economic assessments), transport policy (impact analyses, financing and measures), corporate strategy, environmental impacts and costs, as well as impact assessments and sustainability assessments.

Daniel studied environmental sciences at ETH Zurich (CH). Before joining INFRAS in 2004, he completed an internship at an environmental consultancy office, where he worked on climate protection and sustainable energy use. Alongside his work, he completed postgraduate studies in management economics (MTEC) at the ETH BWI Center for Industrial Management in Zurich.
