Yannick Gasser works in societal, educational and family politics, focussing on early childhood and integration.
He studied Economics at the University of Bern and Religion, Politics and Economics at the universities of Basel, Lucerne and Zurich. During and after his studies, he worked as a scientific staff member at the universities of Lucerne and Zurich. After that, he worked for several years for the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) in the Societal Integration segment before becoming the deputy director of two child daycare centres.
