Kathrin Koffel

Kathrin Koffel is the Head of Human Resources at INFRAS. She is the point of contact for personnel-related questions and supports the management as an HR specialist. Her main tasks include personnel recruitment, personnel development, HR processes, workplace health promotion, and employee satisfaction.

Kathrin is a commercial employee with federal diploma and has further qualified as HR specialist with a federal diploma of higher education. Additionally, she has completed coaching training. She brings professional experience from the travel industry, where she worked as a Product Manager. After the travel industry, she switched to the insurance sector. At Zurich Insurance, she held national and global roles within Human Resources. She has extensive experience in personnel development, HR business consulting, and HR project management. In her role as Head of HR, she puts employees at the center.
