Franziska Rubi

Franziska Rubi heads the management and board secretariat at INFRAS and undertakes controlling tasks in the fields of finance and quality management.

She completed a master’s degree in international affairs and governance as well as further training in business education at the University of St. Gallen. Between her bachelor’s and master’s studies, she worked for the umbrella organisation Economiesuisse. She taught economics at Enge Cantonal School as part of her training. She became familiar with the intricacies of the Swiss retail trade while completing a trainee programme at Valora Schweiz AG and then put her expertise to use developing the franchise headquarters. She spent more than 15 years working as a sales manager, franchise manager and head of administration in the Operator Models division.
