David Giger has been working in the environment, climate and energy business areas since April 2023 and is primarily involved with climate protection and sustainable energy systems.
He studied Energy Science and Technology at ETH Zurich, covering a broad curriculum encompassing energy management, technology and policy. During his studies, he completed an internship in network planning at Swissgrid AG. In his master’s thesis, he created a techno-economic model to examine the cost effectiveness of private photovoltaic systems taking into account the fragmentation of energy policy in Switzerland.
