Ariane De Rocchi works primarily in the thematic areas of social, education, and equal opportunity policy. She is an expert in standardized questionnaires, evaluations, data visualization, and monitoring.

After her studies in political science at the University of Zurich, she was, among other things, a research associate at Interface Politikstudien in the areas of migration and equal opportunity, as well as being project leader and deputy head of the Office of Equal Opportunity at the University of Lucerne. She completed the certificate of advanced studies in data visualization at the Bern University of the Arts in 2019.
